It may be possible to refund the entry fee if there is an error in our services. However, we conducted an investigation, and we have verified that the reasons are genuine.

We do not cancel registrations once they are entered. However, if there are unusual circumstances, such as a problem with the payment gateway or on our side, we may cancel your participation upon your request. We will refund the entry fee to you as soon as possible.

Whenever we cancel your participation in any mobile game or contest, we will return your entry fee within a reasonable period of time so that you can redeem it by playing other contests on Spades13.

Whenever possible, we will strive to create an optimal user experience for you. The refund will be issued to the credit card provided at the time of purchase if the payment was made by credit card. The refund will be made to the same account if the payment was processed through a payment gateway.

Spades13 will have the right to forfeit any unused amount after 365 days immediately. If such amount is not used within 365 days, Spades13 shall forfeit it. A cash withdrawal against any idle balance in a user's Spades13 account is not permitted except in accordance with applicable law on Spades13.
